Oliver Trevena spent 9 years as one of the most notable hosts in the US — from shows like Young Hollywood and The Hollywood Reporter to award shows like The Grammys and The AMAs — he has pretty much interviewed everyone.
Trevena has recently transitioned into feature film roles, including “The Rising Hawk,” “Embattled,” and “Grand Isle.” He will also be appearing in the upcoming horror film “While We Sleep,” “The Reckoning,” and the new streaming series “Paradise City”.
Behind the camera, he has produced shows, branded content, documentaries and movies. He has also invested in and helped start many brands like Dogpound, Next Health, and his new beverage company CaliWater, launching in April 2021.
Praised for his lyricism and raw storytelling, Dave East is one of the most promising rappers on the scene today. Born and raised in Harlem, he was inspired by older generation East Coast rappers ranging from Notorious B.I.G. to Styles P, Jadakiss, Cam’ron, and Big Pun. After a college basketball stint, Dave’s attention turned full time to music. Starting in 2010, an array of highly praised mixtapes earned him widespread recognition in the hip-hop community. His seventh mixtape, 2014’s Black Rose caught Nas by surprise, resulting in Dave’s signing to Mass Appeal.
In 2020, Dave released the Karma 3 mixtape and celebrated the tenth anniversary of Change Of Plans (2010), the mixtape that started it all.
Marquise Goodwin was born in Lubbock, TX where he attended Rowlett High School. Not only did Goodwin excel on the football field, he also was possibly the most talented track and field high school athlete in the country. Goodwin really made his mark as a sprinter and long jumper where he earned accolades such as two-time NCAA long jump champion, seven-time All-American, and the opportunity to compete in the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
Goodwin was selected in the third round of the 2013 pro football draft by Buffalo and has remained in the league as an effective receiver for them, San Francisco, and now Philadelphia. While still a member of the league, Goodwin continues to grind toward his goal of competing in the Tokyo Olympics.

NBA champion Kentavious Caldwell-Pope came from a small town in Georgia but was always on a mission for greatness. A former McDonald’s All-American, SEC Player of the year, a top 10 pick in the draft, and now a top three-point shooter and premier defender in professional basketball.
His motto has always been to “never give up.” He uses that as daily motivation for himself and inspiration to others throughout his career — and life — journey.
In the summer of 2016, Daniel Muñoz decided to send a voice message of himself singing a few bars as a joke on a walkie talkie app with a group of friends. To his surprise, they loved it. And thus began his music career. By December, he’d gone viral after posting a rap he wrote about heartbreak. The fanfare sparked in Muñoz a desire to “dive in and take making music seriously.”
In 2017, he met one of his managers by bumping into them at Walmart. They spent the next year building their professional relationship which resulted in Muñoz being signed to Triangle Offense/Epic Records in April 2018.
“Are they gossiping a lot about you? Only you can define yourself!”
Migbelis Castellanos became the first Miss Venezuela Universe who competed in a reality show breaking traditional beauty stereotypes. After being criticized in the limelight for her weight, she went on to win the competition anyway. She now appears as a TV host, representing all talented and hardworking Latinas on the number one Hispanic TV network in the US. As she likes to say, “No limits, no excuses.”
Patrick Mahomes II burst on to the scene in 2017 and completely blew up the NFL. The next year he broke records to become MVP before taking Kansas City to the big game in 2019, winning, and going right back in 2020. Mahomes has an incredible attitude. His relentless hard work and extraordinary resilience show in his unique play style with never-before-seen passes and record-breaking results. It’s his striving spirit and positive outlook that make us proud to have him as a part of Essentia Nation.
