Essentia Water, a national leader within the premium bottled water category, is looking for a talented and passionate Creative Copywriter to join our growing creative team. The Creative Copywriter supports the Creative Director and in-house studio to create breakthrough creative work that drives the Essentia brand forward. The CC is responsible for copy and working closely with partnered Art Director to bring to life conceptual ideas that map to a creative brief.  The CC must exhibit outstanding creative judgment and work collaboratively with the design team in achieving the highest possible standards for all materials that require copy within design. The CC needs strong working knowledge of servicing in-house clients’ and solving business challenges creatively.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partners with Art Director and creative team to develop creative campaigns and concepts of outstanding quality for social media, website, advertisements, retail, promotions and corporate materials.
     
  • Researches and has an in-depth knowledge of the millennial audience to ensure ability to write accurate, on-target copy/concept narratives for assigned projects.
     
  • Writes copy that helps to build broad brand awareness, products and product benefits.
     
  • Partner with the art director and interpret concepts/narrative copy into completed design. Supply copy to complete a creative idea when a big idea originates from a graphic concept rather than an idea narrative.
     
  • Collaborates with art director and creative team to artfully build creative solutions to address specific project objectives.
     
  • Brainstorms and strategizes with creative team to help develop creative direction with a focus on the copy of marketing materials.
     
  • Oversees copy from inception through completion to ensure the highest level of quality, and accuracy are maintained through the approval process.
     
  • Creates all in-house copy for approval, that feeds into designs/layouts, etc.
     
  • Assures that all copy is checked and proofread.
     
  • Works to ensure copy/concepts serve the purpose of the brief.
     
  • Assists in writing proposals, marketing plans, etc., as requested.
     
  • Assists in drafting company communications, i.e. corporate materials, web content.
     
  • Contributes original material to company social media on a regular basis. (Paid/Organic)
     
  • Maintains current software skills compatible with the needs of other creative team members.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • A degree in advertising, marketing or related field and or 5+ years of creative copywriting experience that is consumer facing.
     
  • Ability to actively participate in the ideation process leveraging research, analytics and brand insights.
     
  • Ability to state opinions clearly and can verbally describe and present visual concepts.
     
  • Willingness to produce work that adheres to brand guidelines and brand voice.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Essentia Water, the #1 supercharged ionized alkaline water in the premium bottled water category, is seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our growing team. Based in our Bothell, Washington corporate office, the Program Manager will be responsible for leading the cross-functional program team in development of new products and process improvement as assigned. This role will develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in related departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality, Brand Management, Customer Fulfillment, and Finance.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, drive, and maintain project schedules for new product introductions and process improvement initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional project core teams to on-time product introduction, while maintaining or exceeding quality standards and estimated cost projections.
  • Manage program resources, identify and track action items, and assign tasks to appropriate team members.
  • Conduct supplier, vendor, or other program related third-party onsite visits to ensure quality, cost, and schedule standards are being met, and lead in the resolution of issues that are encountered.
  • Ability to travel for onsite planning and program development with key suppliers and their program core teams.
  • Enforce project milestones and deadlines, and assist with completion of critical deliverables.
  • Manage multiple parallel projects and maximize resource utilization for the greater good of the organization.
  • Drive decisions on assigned program(s) with cross functional teams regarding costs, quality factors, schedules, or other related issues.
  • Facilitate project communication to core team, extended team, and functional managers, to include complete supply base.
  • Drive continuous improvement of product development methods for increased efficiency and shortened time to market.
  • Track program related financial elements including, COG’S, ROI, cost avoidance, margin studies and support financial driven contingency plans.
  • Manage and coordinate the effort of those necessary to complete the project.
  • Conduct team review of status and communicate project status by providing updates to peers and leadership as required

 

SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS, EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, PMP Certification preferred
  • 5-7 years project management experience in a cross-functional environment.
  • Previous experience managing new product development projects in consumer goods companies, beverage industry preferred.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of taking ownership, fostering collaboration and driving results with minimal direction.
  • Proven experience collaborating with all levels of organization (instructing executives, managers, or associates), driving initiatives and/or technology related projects.

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is the key street-level sales person in the assigned geography.  He/she is responsible for the execution of a go to market strategy that includes both DSD and Direct Routes to Market that meets or exceeds annual objectives.

  • Maintain and expand account & package distribution for maximized sales in the region.
  • Work with Distributor personnel and retailers to ensure sales, distribution and merchandising objectives are met.
  • Train & develop Distributor sales personnel on brand standards to optimize sales performance.
  • Support Key Retailer Sales calls with RSM/FMM’s as required.
  • Effectively leverage Field Marketing resources with local retailers
  • In conjunction with RSM, manage all sales expenses and budgets for region.

Based in our Bothell, Washington corporate office, the Executive Assistant will support five senior leadership team members and department heads including finance, operations, sales, marketing and corporate communications. The EA will report to the head of Corporate Communications while providing high-level administrative support to each of the department heads.  The role includes conducting research, preparing reports and presentations, handling confidential information, scheduling meetings, conference calls, managing travel arrangements and other routine administrative support.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating executive communications, may include managing calls, and responding to emails
  • Preparing internal and external corporate documents for team members i.e. reports, presentations, briefs, etc.
  • Maintaining and managing calendars as needed for multiple executives
  • Coordinating and booking travel (national & international) and preparing expense reports through Concur
  • Maintaining an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents

What you get to do every day:

  • Help develop, build upon and execute Essentia’s Corporate Communications Program
  • Oversee internal and external communications strategies and programs including corporate social responsibility that bring the corporate narrative, values and vision to life through creative storytelling and engaging experiences
  • Serve as a strategic partner to plan, develop and prepare effective and thoughtful communications for executives (Senior Leadership team) that educate, inform and connect with internal and external audiences
  • Build upon the executive communications framework and supporting programs to raise internal and external thought leadership and company awareness
  • Coach, on-board and media train teammates as needed on the Essentia story and key message delivery

What you bring to the role:
